By placing an order or using the services of Yak Graphics Inc, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not
agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services

2. Order Process
a. Orders are accepted via our website, in person, or through authorized representatives.
b. Orders are considered binding once payment is received and confirmed.
c. Changes to orders may be possible but are subject to additional charges and timeline adjustments.

3. Artwork and Design
a. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and print-ready artwork files.
b. Yak Graphics Inc is not liable for errors in customer-provided artwork.
c. Proofing is the customer’s responsibility; submission of an order is approval for production.
d. Customer is responsible for assuring they have the rights to use all artwork submitted for print. 

4. Pricing and Payment 
a. Prices are subject to change without notice.
b. Full payment is required before production begins.
c. Additional costs, such as shipping or design revisions, may apply and will be communicated upfront. 

5. Production and Turnaround a. Production times are estimated and not guaranteed. b. Delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., material availability, and shipping) are not our responsibility. 

6. Quality and Acceptance 
a. Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt.
b. Claims for defects or discrepancies must be reported within [3] days of delivery. 

7. Cancellations and Returns
a. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to fees based on the stage of production.
b. Custom and personalized products may not be eligible for returns. 

8. Intellectual Property
a. We retain ownership of design files created by us.
b. Customers should not use our designs without permission or claim them as their own. 

9. Limitation of Liability
a. Our liability is limited to the cost of the products or services provided.
b. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages. 

10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nevada, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of this jurisdiction.
